Returns of Online Purchases
The policies for Easy Life Furniture in store do not apply to the Easy Life Online Store. Merchandise purchased from Easy Life Online Store may be returned for a refund, excluding shipping and handling charges, within 7 days of receipt of the goods. You must contact Easy Life Online Store at csonline@easylifefurniture.com or 1-866-4 Easy Life extension 240- Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 4 pm (Pacific Time) along with your order information to inform us that you would like to return an item. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your right to take advantage of our return policy. Returned merchandise must be in original condition and in an unopened box. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to returned merchandise. Customer is responsible for return shipping and must have tracking from mail service (ie UPS, FedEx, USPS).
All sales are final on clearance or sale items.
*Please note that returns made without notifying Easy Life customer service with authorization number within 7 day of receipt will not be accepted.
